CAMPING Registration FAQ:

  • Why can’t I see the campout registration forms?

    • You have to pay your dues for you and all of your active students before you can see any other forms. Once you complete the dues checkout, you will then see the campout forms.

 

  • Can I use the same form to sign up my 4th grade daughter and my 6th grade daughter on their grade level campouts

    • No, there is a form for each student. You need to do your 4th grader using her form and your 6th grader using her form.

 

  • How come I can’t see the Son’s campouts on the form

    • There is a separate form for son’s campouts and daughter’s campouts. If you choose the form with the name of your son, it should show the son’s campouts.

 

  • What if I have more than one student going on the same weekend of the same campout? Is there a discount for that?

    • The discount will be automatically applied at checkout as long as you sign both of them up at the same time for the same weekend of the same campout.
    • You have to fill out a separate campout form for each child though. Choose the one with their name in the title.

 

  • What if I purchased the Leadership package? How do I apply that payment to the campouts I select?

    • In the confirmation email you received when purchasing the Leadership package, it contained all of the coupon codes you need. If you need another copy of that, please contact Megan

Helpful registration information

You will need to complete that registration and check-out before you will be able to sign-up for any campouts.

 

You will also need to fill out a campout form for each of your children.
